With INFINIO® and with the REALSETsolution, which was specially developed for energy billing companies and property management companies, we enable reliable “Meter2Data” transmission.
Data retrieval of energy consumption values from heat, water and electricity meters into the cloud-based platform INFINIO® REALSET is a key component of our building technology services. With REALSET we offer a Meter2Data solution specifically for energy billing companies and property management firms. Consumption data can be transferred directly to downstream billing systems – efficiently, automatically, and reliably.
Thanks to REALSET , the commissioning and correct configuration of the meters is reliable and secure. We handle the commissioning for you and hand over a fully functional system.
The measuring devices reliably and continuously record electricity, water, and heat consumption. Additional information, such as temperature, is also available upon request. Of course, we will advise you on selecting the appropriate measuring technology and the development of the measurement concept.
The consumption data is securely transmitted, for example, via the M-Bus metering gateway. Depending on the metering concept, wireless data transmission can also be used. We will support you in selecting the right data communication solution.
In our digital ecosystem INFINIO® the raw data is validated, aggregated, and stored. Data availability and security are paramount.
REALSET offers interfaces (APIs) for seamless integration into billing or energy management systems.
REALSET collects energy data in the building and makes it available to downstream systems.
We define your requirements, develop a customized measurement concept, and support you in the tendering process. We analyze initial and recurring costs and, if necessary, develop additional modules – for example, for drinking water contamination or for controlling wastewater flows.
Together, we define the scope of services – from commissioning and secure data transmission to the processing and provision of raw data. In doing so, we carefully align customer processes with GWF 's service offerings.
We select a representative test building, install the meters and communication units, and then test the data transmission, system integration, and user interface.
We integrate the solution with existing backend systems such as billing and customer portals and set up data exports, alarm functions and meaningful visualizations.
We handle the acceptance testing of the system, including complete documentation and training, and ensure maximum efficiency and reliability through continuous optimization.
