BALANCE follows a proven 8-week implementation process:
Together, we will conduct a full-day workshop to review data, select zones, define measurement points, and coordinate the entire project implementation. Based on the project plan, we will collaborate with all relevant stakeholders, such as the fire department, and optimally prepare the platform for deployment.
Our service technicians install the necessary sensors and connectivity for data acquisition. Within 7 to 14 days, the sensors collect high-resolution flow and pressure data, providing all the information needed for analysis in the digital tool BALANCE .
We analyze the normalized flow and pressure profiles using system-generated data. This allows us to assess the pressure-leakage ratio via the N1 index and gain valuable insights into system performance, as well as indications of whether an N1 test is required.
Recommended network pressure adjustments are implemented, and existing or new pressure reducers are set to optimal pressure points. The BALANCE platform continuously monitors the effects and verifies the recommendations for accuracy and effectiveness.
